Mep Coordinator
Job Description
• Coordinate and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to develop MEP plans and schedules
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and materials for MEP systems
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and ensure they meet project requirements
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide solutions to keep the project on track
• Keep accurate records of all MEP coordination activities and communications
• Resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction
• Ensure that all MEP systems meet regulatory standards and codes
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination on construction projects
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software used in MEP coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
