Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the installation of all MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) across the construction site.
• Ensure MEP designs are in compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and local authority guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient communication and project execution.
• Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with the construction plan.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all MEP work is completed on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of MEP installations.
• Identify any issues or conflicts related to MEP systems and work on resolving them in coordination with relevant teams.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, including monitoring their performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural elements, ensuring no clashes or misalignments.
• Provide technical support to the construction team and offer solutions for any MEP-related challenges.
• Prepare reports on MEP project progress and communicate updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP coordination within building construction projects in the UAE or GCC. Proven experience with large-scale building projects, including high-rise buildings and commercial developments.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, schematics, and technical documents. Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit for MEP designs. Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and authority approvals.

Requirement:

12000 - 15000/- AED
