Job Description

The Role

• Monitor MEP works, material, samples, work conformances with provisions in compliance with detailed design drawing, schematic drawings, MEP specification, BOQ, DEWA, Civil DCD and Authority regulations requirement in the Dubai region. o Supervise and draft the production of MEP coordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other, and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements. o Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in MEP/CIVIL coordination with other parties and main contractor. o Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.

Position Title: MEP Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE. Qualifications: o Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities o Male, 40 years old and below o Must be a Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering o Atleast 5 years' of GCC construction experience with 3 years' of high-rise towers experience with Developers, particularly in Dubai o Must possess thorough knowledge of UAE regulations, shop drawings, ASHREE, NFPA standards.
