Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Coordination Draftsman with 2-3 years of experience to join our team for a contract period of 3 to 6 months . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination drawings and ensuring seamless integration of services in compliance with project specifications and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and prepare detailed MEP coordination drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.

- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.

- Ensure all MEP systems are aligned with project requirements and meet safety and regulatory standards.

- Perform clash detection and resolve discrepancies using coordination tools.

- Update drawings based on client or contractor feedback and ensure timely submission.

- Maintain documentation and follow company standards for file management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP coordination drafting.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and preferably Revit MEP .

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination processes.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

•Salary Range: AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 (based on experience and qualifications) •

•Work Location: Dubai •
