We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Coordination Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our MEP coordination department, you will be responsible for overseeing the drafting and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP design and coordination, possess exceptional drafting skills, and be familiar with industry standards and codes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of MEP draftsman and coordinators to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and review MEP drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with various disciplines to resolve clashes and conflicts in the design.
• Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes for efficient coordination.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify as-built conditions and provide solutions for field-related issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination
• Proficient in using drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and knowledge of BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, their installation, and operation.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide the team and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
