Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, prepare, and negotiate
variation orders
and
contractual claims
related to MEP works.
Review contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and legal standards.
Assess cost implications and provide recommendations for claim submissions.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual disputes.
Maintain accurate records of contract changes, claims, and supporting documentation.
Support commercial and procurement teams in contract interpretation and risk management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum
10+ years
of experience in MEP contracts management, with expertise in variations and claims.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
