Job Title: MEP Construction Manager

Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience: 10+ Years (including 5+ Years as Construction Manager)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience in the UAE, including 5+ years in a managerial role. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects.

- Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality regulations and other relevant standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance on-site.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction industry, including 5+ years as a Construction Manager in the UAE.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Elctrcal or Mechincal Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software.

- Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus)
