We are seeking a skilled

MEP BIM Modeler

with expertise in

Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical services

. The ideal candidate must have

3 years of experience

and be proficient in

3D modeling, clash detection, and Scan to BIM workflows

.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling

of MEP services using

Autodesk Revit

.
?

Scan to BIM Modeling

of MEP systems.
?

Clash detection & coordination

using

Navisworks Manage

.
? Preparation of

Schematic Diagrams, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

.
? Development and application of

Revit templates, schedules, and sheet lists

.
? Ensure

compliance with UAE building codes and project specifications

.

Key Requirements:

- 3

+ years

of experience in

MEP BIM modeling

.
- Strong expertise in

Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical

drafting & coordination.
- Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Navisworks

- Familiarity with

UAE construction standards & MEP regulations

.
- Must be

locally available in UAE

for immediate joining.
