Mep Bim Manager
Job Description
• Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards for the MEP department.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to MEP engineers and drafters on BIM software and workflows.
• Manage BIM models for MEP systems, including clash detection and coordination.
• Review and validate BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.) to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to BIM and MEP engineering.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
