Regional ManagerAssembly, Maintenance and Overhaul (AMO) - Pressure Pumping(MENATI )Are you highly organized and can you thrive in a fast-paced operational environment?Do you love continuously improving processes and ways of working to exceed targets?Join our AMO Workshop TeamThe Oilfield Services and Equipment (OFSE) segment of Baker Hughes provides products and services for onshore and offshore oilfield operations across the lifecycle of a well, ranging from exploration, appraisal and development, to production, rejuvenation and decommissioning.Make an impact in a dynamic environmentAs the Regional AMO Manager you will be responsible for planning and delivering proper maintenance levels and maintenance compliance to ensure we provide services with the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism. You will assign personnel to complete the required tasks related to the preparation of equipment.The Regional AMO Manager will also be responsible for:
Developing, monitoring and maintaining administrative tools to ensure continuous improvement of resources and processes
the development and training of personnel and
Ensure that all resources are efficiently and effectively used to optimize return on investment and profitability
Collaborating with the service delivery manager to ensure the allocated resources are properly prepared and maintained to perform the operation successfully
Ensuring all Baker Hughes Standards, Policies and Operating Procedures are understood, complied with and updated.
Ensuring all personnel are equipped with required PPE and safety tools
Leading HSE and Service delivery, performing regular workshops and wellsite visits to ensure jobs are \'done right every time\'
Arranging training and development of assigned personnel (engineers and lab technicians) to create and maintain a technically competent and motivated workforce

Have working experience in a fast-paced environment where organization, planning and continuous improvement is essential
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul or High School Diploma and a higher-level technical qualification from an accredited institution with 15 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul.
Have a track record of success in a technical/industrial setting where maintenance or scheduling of services against set targets is a priority
Be results-orientated with the ability to think strategically
Be inspiring and able to motivate individuals and groups towards achieving goals
Be an enthusiastic team player able to create a compelling picture of the organization's vision, consistent with its values, which inspires others to feel a personal stake in its future
