  • Degree educated.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the MENA region.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding recruitment targets, ideally for a North American education institution(s).
  • In-depth knowledge of the local business culture, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English with Arabic as a desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to pivot and operate with ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel within the MENA region and internationally as needed with 10-12 weeks per year expectation
