Unveiled in May 2024, ONVO, the second smart electric vehicle brand of NIO Inc., is committed to creating better family life and bringing better brand and product experiences to family users.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with a focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, manage accounting processes, implement finance systems, and lead the auditing process to ensure compliance and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely financial statements for MENA and UAE entities in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP).Lead the implementation of finance systems in the MENA region with support from NIO headquarters.Work closely with digital and finance teams to customise system configurations and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.Provide training and support to finance staff on the use of new systems and tools.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets management.Lead the auditing process for MENA entities, coordinating with external auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and in accordance with best practices.Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process.Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, and international accounting standards.
• 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial reporting, accounting, and systems implementation.
• Experience in a professional auditing firm is a plus.
• Experience in implementing finance systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams.
• Competent in a global working environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Chinese / Arabic is a plus, as it facilitates communication with internal and external stakeholders in the MENA region and NIO headquarters.
• Proactive attitude and strong ability to work under pressure.
