We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Membership Service Agent. As a Membership Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client's membership accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client membership accounts, including processing new applications, renewals, and cancellations - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about membership benefits, services, and policies - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to enhance the membership program and make recommendations for improvement - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in membership policies and regulations - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service and sales roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Near to native English accent
