• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, staff management, and patient flow
• Resolve any patient issues or complaints
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure quality care for all patients
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care.
• Develop and maintain records of clinic performance
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members
• Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations in the community
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans
