Title: Medical Summarizer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting to: RLHF Manager

Salary: Approx. AED 3,500-5000 per month, based on ability, qualification and experience, with 50% being fixed and 50% being output based.

We are currently seeking Medical Summarizers for our Abu Dhabi office to join us on our mission to reshape regulated industries through AI and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent English comprehension, Medical experience with expert familiarity of medical terms.

Position Overview: As a Medical Summarizer, you will be analyzing, and where necessary improve, the accuracy of an AI generated summary of Medical Records. Through a specially designed user interface, you will help the Artificial Intelligence software improve its accuracy in processing, organizing and summarizing medical documents automatically. You will be reviewing generated medical summaries based on the information given in medical documents, according to client requirements and industry standards. This role demands Excellent English - fluent or native level reading comprehension in English. The ideal candidate must have Medical Coding and/or Hospital and/or Medical Summarisation experience, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and adapt to client specific requirements quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analysis and improvement of AI-summarized medical records.
• Help the Artificial Intelligence software improve its accuracy in processing, organizing and summarizing medical documents automatically.
• Assist with improving our AI-interface, by giving structured feedback to improve the efficiency and functionality of the AI software and associated processes.
• Reviewing and generating medical summaries based on the information given in medical documents, according to client templates and requirements.
• Doing a comprehensive quality control and assurance of the output file, whilst maintaining client SLA's.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in medical summarizing or similar roles.
• Excellent English - fluent or native level reading comprehension in English.
• Medical Coding and/or Hospital and/or Medical Summarisation experience (must).
• Computer skills, especially with G-Suite (Google Doc & Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Fast learner.
• Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• Ability to work night shifts and non-conventional office hours to cater to our global operations and client SLA's.
