Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
Answer and direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, providing reminders and necessary information
Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork
Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and efficient service
Provide patients with information about procedures, treatments, and follow-up care
Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing, helping patients understand their financial responsibilities
Assist patients with accessing their medical records and navigating the healthcare system
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Perform other administrative duties as required to support patients and the medical office

Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Healthcare industry
