• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
• Provide expertise on medical products, addressing client inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct training and development programs for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Oversee territory management to ensure coverage and maximize sales opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (Preferred).
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2-3 years in sales or sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Solid understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
