Inside Sale Medical plays a crucial role in promoting and selling products, services, or solutions to patients. This position involves using in-depth pharmaceutical knowledge to inform and educate clients, while also focusing on meeting sales targets and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Interaction:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and clients.
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services to meet sales goals.
Provide detailed product information and answer technical questions from clients.
Product Knowledge and Education:
Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Educate clients on product benefits, proper usage, and any updates related to pharmaceuticals.
Customer Support and Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with the ordering process, ensuring a smooth transaction and positive customer experience.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in systems.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all sales activities and communications comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ensure that information provided to clients is accurate and compliant.
Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
