Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing processes, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring that sales goals are met. This role is vital for maintaining efficient communication between internal teams and clients while optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries , ability to arrange the delivery in smart way.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Support the preparation and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
-Having great Experience in product registration

-Preparing SOA to customers Monthly and following up with Customers when payment is due

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role minimum 2 years .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Having UAE Driving License is a must
