Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, and pharmacists.
- Promote STADA\'s products effectively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, therapeutic areas, and medical studies to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Bachelor\'s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Previous experience (mention period) as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Be proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Saudi National required
Desired Experience:
- Experienced in negotiation, and presentation skills. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in pharma is a plus
- Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving, with ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Work under fast-paced environment and a team player.
