This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilities: Deliver GSK strategic objectives in a defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HCPs. Skillful implementation of patient focused and good sell outcome detailing through excellence in product and disease knowledge and the use of the approved promotional materials.
Accountability: Knowledge: Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge. Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
Activities: Meet GSK standards of efficiency and effectiveness KPIs. Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings. Market intelligence and timely feedback.
Application of Knowledge: Timely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation. Meet the defined skills standards measured by GSO achievement. Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations. Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory.

Why you? Job Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Candidate should be based in Qatar with valid work permit. Candidate should have Qatari driving license. Pharmacy Graduate 2 - 4 years of experience liaising with health care professionals Strong English verbal and written skills. Preferable prior experience in pharmaceutical industry in Qatar market. Strong negotiation and organizational skills Key account management mindset. Ability to network and foster strong working relationships. Effective understanding and use of Call Reporting System Effective use of key software products ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
