Job Description

The Medical Representative is responsible for driving sales of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. They will educate and inform healthcare providers about the benefits and proper use of the products, ensuring that the company's products are prominently positioned within the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Promotion
• Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
• Product Knowledge
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, including benefits, indications, contraindications, and side effects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant scientific research.
• Marketing and Training
• Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to promote the company's products.
• Territory Management
• Manage and plan sales activities within an assigned territory.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Experience
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is a plus.
