You will directly report to the Field Sales Manager.If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding career, read on and apply today for a life-changing opportunity.The PositionAs a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure the company objectives and sales targets are achieved. In addition, you will be measuring, tracking, evaluating, and presenting key metrics such as prescription depth and breadth planning.Your main accountabilities will be:
Contribute to the national business plan by achieving targets through the implementation of marketing and promotion strategies aimed at effectively presenting and promoting Novo Nordisk product(s) to healthcare practitioners
Take an entrepreneurial approach, and you will be expected to operate with a high level of ownership
Demonstrate a high level of understanding of customer needs
Anticipate and adapt action plans to maximize opportunities and address challenges
Work across different external stakeholders, including but not limited to KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management
QualificationsAs a Medical Sales Representative, you need to be a self-starter, one who can evaluate options and find resolutions on your own with minimal supervision. Moreover, you need to have an aptitude for learning and the ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information, as well as a value proposition for the product(s) under your responsibility.To be successful in this role:
A bachelor\'s degree in Pharma or Health Sciences
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales within the pharmaceutical industry in the UAE
Experience in the Obesity market would be beneficial
Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Arabic Language is highly preferred
