:Updating of the existing Medical records and ensuring the Medical Records are available for use by the physicians in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Clinics. Creating of New Medical records where needed according to the Clinics\' policies and proceduresResponsibilities:
Files records in a numerical order.
Reads incoming material and sorts according to file system
Locates and removes files upon request
Keeps records of material removed, stamps material received, traces missing files, and types indexing information on folders
Add new material to file records and create new records as necessary.
Eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements.
Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users
May verify accuracy of material to be filed. May enter information on records
Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned
read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed
Gather materials to be filed from departments and employees
Perform periodic inspections of materials or files in order to ensure correct placement, legibility, and proper condition
Is empowered to stop work / remove themselves from a work situation of immediate or imminent exposure to danger/a hazard/if they consider it constitutes a reasonable risk to the safety/health of themselves, their colleagues, and / or the public.
Will not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything (information, equipment, plant, personnel, etc), provided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the environment
