• Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean, organized, and presentable always.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company, services, or facilities.
• Assist guests with check in and check out processes, including registration and payment procedures.
• Coordinate reservations, appointments, and meeting room bookings as needed.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
