Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Medical Renewals:
- Oversee the renewal process for individual medical insurance policies.
- Ensure timely interaction with clients to assess their requirements and accordingly suggest suitable options for the renewal.
- Follow up with clients for policy renewals.
- Client Interaction & Policy Management:
- Call and collect feedback from clients regarding their insurance policies.
- Advise clients on the suitability of policies and its coverages.
- Claims Management:
- Manage the end-to-end process of claim handling.
- Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals, reimbursements, and any other escalations.
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- At least 2-3 years of experience with any insurance brokerage Firm.
- Proven experience in medical insurance operations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of individual medical insurance policies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
