Make sure that Hansaplast is operating in a compliant way in the prescribed regulatory framework.
Ensure the continuity of Health Care Business cooperating with MOH and other institutions.
Administrative Responsibilities
Make sure our products are imported, handled, and distributed as per the described norm of the regulatory bodies and the government.
Ensuring Health Care Goods are stored in a compliant & hygienic way at GAC warehouse, the distributor warehouse and storage at the pharmacies/supermarkets.
Liaison with Distributors' network & third-party network
Align with the distributor`s responsible regulatory affairs manager about all changes that are happening in the market.
Follow-Up with the distributors on product registration and re-registration
Audit & Communication
On a quarterly basis, auditing the warehouse and Distributor Warehouse complies with all regulatory topics and report to HC MENA Team about the situation and possible challenges/actions.
Tracking all changes in government regulation & product conformity for the MENA region (all active countries)
Brand Operations
Manage launch and relaunch initiative ensuring timely delivery and consistency across markets.
Lead planning and execution of participation in medical congresses and HCP engagement.
