- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in a hospital setting
- Collect and process blood samples for testing
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Maintain and operate laboratory equipment
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Manage and maintain blood bank operations
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Dubai
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Blood bank experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with advanced laboratory techniques and technologies
- Additional certifications in laboratory practices or related fields
