As a Medical Insurance Specialist, your role is to manage and optimize medical insurance coverage for our employees. Ensure cost-effective, comprehensive health insurance options, and handle employee inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage insurance plans.
- Communicate plan options to employees.
- Facilitate enrollment and onboarding.
- Manage claims and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance and documentation.
- Analyze insurance costs.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Use data for analysis.
- Promote employee education and wellness programs.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- Experience in insurance or related field.
- Strong insurance policy knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in insurance software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
