Job Description
We are looking for Arabic Front Line Officer with a medical background and proven sales experience to manage patient interactions, promote our services, and contribute to our clinic's growth. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients as they enter the clinic.
• Manage patient appointments and schedules.
• Provide patients with information about our services.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Promote clinic services and wellness programs to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry.
Qualifications:
• Medical background
• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
