Our products are in 100 countries globally, and supporting this takes a huge effort.What will you be doing?Reporting directly to the Director for Medical Education, Emerging Markets the Senior Manager Medical Education is responsible for providing leadership, clinical insight and strategic direction for the development and implementation of Advanced Wound Management Medical Education programs and activities in the region. The manager will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure that medical education resources and programs align with both global and regional commercial objectives and priorities with focus on driving Medical Education activities related to Negative Pressure Wound Therapy with a specific focus on our Pico portfolio across the region.What will you need to be successful?Experience in completing annual needs assessments for medical education to ensure customers receive the right type of education best suited to addressing their learning needs.Developing an aligning a coordinated annual MedEd PlanExperience with Identifying, developing, and leading HCP's who will become future faculty.Developing and maintaining regular communication networks for the region to ensure visions, plans, objectives, capabilities, and initiatives are well communicated.Experience in developing MedEd budgets and CAPEX resource deployment appropriately.Liaising with the local Professional Affairs specialist for faculty engagement, master service agreements, FMV and reimbursement.Experience in leading the logistics related to programs, including registrations, course information and post course evaluation data analysis and reporting are handled.Experience with Engage/CVENT or other compliance software inputs for Med Ed activities are accurately completed and up to date.Implementing technologies for blended learningSuccessful candidates would need the following:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in healthcare, medical education, business, or related field as well as post graduate degree in Medical Education/healthcare or other medical related field a preference.
3-5 years\' experience in medical education or related field within the medical device, pharma or clinical setting required.
