This position will lead the medical strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional goals while driving excellence in medical affairs activities. - Develop and execute the local medical strategy in alignment with global and regional plans.
- Serve as the primary scientific and medical representative, ensuring ethical and compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and execution of medical education programs, clinical trials, and post-marketing studies.
- Provide medical insights to support marketing, sales, and regulatory teams while maintaining independence and integrity.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulatory and compliance requirements in medical activities.
- Lead and develop the medical affairs team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Represent the company at key conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) is required, with additional qualifications in pharmaceutical medicine or business management preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including 5+ years in a medical leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi regulations and healthcare dynamics.
- Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, commercial, and scientific teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in clinical trial design, medical governance, and stakeholder management.
