Title: Medical Data Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting to: RLHF Manager

Salary: Approx. AED 3,500-5000 per month, based on ability, qualification and experience, with 50% being fixed and 50% being output based.

We are currently seeking a Medical Data Analyst for our Abu Dhabi office to join us on our mission to reshape regulated industries through AI and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent English comprehension and medical experience that can deal with ambiguity in a proactive way and navigate trade-offs rigorously.

Position Overview: As a Medical Data Analyst, you will be analyzing, and where necessary improve the accuracy of an AI generated output file of sorted medical records. You will help the Artificial Intelligence software improve its accuracy in processing and organizing medical documents automatically. This role demands Excellent English - fluent or native level reading comprehension in English. The ideal candidate must have Medical Coding and/or Hospital and/or Medical Summarization experience, excellent computer skills, ability to multi-task and change direction quickly, must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment and the ability to work night shifts and non-conventional office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify AI-processed medical records to ensure accurate, client-specific organizing where you will help the Artificial Intelligence software improve its accuracy in processing, organizing and summarizing medical documents automatically.
• Validate the information and entities extracted by the AI and make sure it matches the specific requirements of the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
• Excellent English - fluent or native level reading comprehension in English.
• Medical Coding and/or Hospital and/or Medical Summarization experience preferably.
• Computer skills, especially with G-Suite (Google Doc & Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel & Word).
• Fast learner and proficient with the use of computers.
• Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work night shifts and non-conventional office hours to cater to our global operations and client SLA's.
