We are currently hiring for the position of

Certified Medical Coder

with

Billing and EMR experience and willing to work in Homecare Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a medical background. 2+ Years of Experience in Healthcare, specifically in Abu Dhabi. Proficiency in medical coding standards and regulations. Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Proficiency in coding systems, software, rules, and regulations. Has the capacity to adhere to deadlines and maintain productivity standards. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Job Responsibilities:

Assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services. Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations. Review medical records and documentation to extract necessary information. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding queries. Manage electronic claim submission processes. Liaise with approval, billing, and reconciliation teams for process completion. Follow management priorities on a daily basis. Communicate with insurance companies. Ensure proper coding of diagnoses and procedures for accurate billing. Implement initiatives to improve the institution's revenue flow.
