Job Description

• Prepare, submit, and manage medical claims to insurance providers.
• Review patient records, diagnoses, and treatment information.
• Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and eligibility.
• Process payments, adjustments, and denials.
• Follow up on pending claims and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and billing databases.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG, and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on coding, billing, and insurance regulations.
• Analyze billing data to optimize revenue cycle performance.
Job Requirements:
• Post-secondary medical billing certificate or diploma.
• 1-2 years of medical billing experience.

• Strong knowledge of medical coding systems, billing guidelines, and insurance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
