Job Purpose Conduct Digital Marketing for Medical Specialists and Dentists - with Prior Experience in Digital Marketing for Hospitals and Medical Centers in Dubai Target is 8 Patients per day for each doctor. Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Create Monthly Strategy to conduct Digital Marketing on all platforms for Doctors and dentists. \xc2\xb7 Create daily content on all platforms and be able to prepare script, record videos, create artworks to post it on all social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Meet with doctors and dentists regularly to discuss marketing strategy and decide on marketing activities for each doctor. \xc2\xb7 Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. \xc2\xb7 Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and digital media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Google, Facebook) \xc2\xb7 Utilizing a range of techniques including SEO, paid search, and PPC. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. \xc2\xb7 Planning development and execution of digital programs and campaigns including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables. \xc2\xb7 Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers and brochures. \xc2\xb7 Managing the redesigning of the company websites. \xc2\xb7 Improving the usability design, content and conversation of the company website. \xc2\xb7 Responsibility of the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing. \xc2\xb7 Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. \xc2\xb7 Review new technologies and keep company at the forefront of the developments in digital marketing. \xc2\xb7 Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams. \xc2\xb7 Managing digital agency relationships, day to day production as well as campaign budgets and schedules. \xc2\xb7 Owning and maintaining site analytic, metrics, and campaign reporting. \xc2\xb7 Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and communications. \xc2\xb7 Develop and coordinating Multimedia packages. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in Digital Marketing for Dental and Medical Practices (Both Hospitals or Medical Diagnostic Centers). \xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field. \xc2\xb7 In depth Knowledge of SEO and ad words program. \xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge of various social media flatforms, and websites analytic. \xc2\xb7 Highly creative with excellent analytic abilities. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers \xc2\xb7 Must be results-oriented and be able to work both independently and within a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
