Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support the production team in all phases of production. The Production Coordinator will assist in managing schedules, resources, and communications, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently from pre-production through post-production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring all team members are aware of deadlines and milestones.
• Coordination: Liaise between various departments (e.g., production, creative, technical) to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Logistics: Organize and coordinate the logistics of shoots, including location scouting, securing permits, and arranging transportation and accommodation.
• Resource Management: Oversee the booking and use of equipment and resources, ensuring everything is available and functioning properly for shoots.
• Documentation: Maintain production documentation, including call sheets, production reports, and shot lists.
• Communication: Serve as the point of contact for cast and crew, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during production.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during production.
• Post-Production Support: Assist with post-production activities, such as managing assets, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely delivery of final products.
