As a Media Planning, Buying and Vendor Mngt Executive at Media Services, you will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive media campaigns for our clients, This will involve media planning and buying, coordination with clients, vendor coordination, and internal teams, as well as overseeing all production and printing requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives and budget constraints.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify relevant media channels and platforms.
Negotiate and secure favorable advertising rates, placements, and added value opportunities with media vendors.
Coordinate with various media vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, issue approvals, release orders, and ensure timely delivery of services
Manage communication with client agencies to secure and deliver materials as per media specifications (e.g., Radio Spots, Digital Screens, production artwork for print).
Handle all production and printing requirements for clients, ensuring adherence to material specifications and tracking touch points. Ensure timely receipt and delivery of creative assets to and from media vendors. Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging and creative assets.
Monitor vendor invoices, validate against approved quotes, and liaise with the finance team for timely processing and payments. Create and maintain detailed tracking sheets for Job Status, Client Quotes and Invoice Status, and vendor invoices follow up, ensuring accuracy and to align with accounts Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing timely and insightful reports to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and media consumption habits.
Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency setting.
3. Proficient in media planning tools and platforms, ability to coordinate with Vendors and production teams (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, Google Analytics).
4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Excel for creating tracking sheets and managing financial documents.
7. Effective communication and presentation skills.
8. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
