React Group is seeking a proactive Media Assistant / Executive to support our CEO in overseeing media operations and handling personal business matters. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and can manage diverse tasks efficiently, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Support: Assist the CEO in managing day-to-day media operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and business activities.
• Project Management: Coordinate various media-related projects and initiatives, keeping timelines on track and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Vendor & Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, media vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-ups.
• Personal Business Matters: Support the CEO with personal business activities, such as scheduling, correspondence, presentations and managing external relationships.
• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, organize meetings, and prepare relevant documentation to support decision-making processes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from media campaigns and operations, providing regular reports and insights to aid in strategic decisions.
