Job Summary:We are looking for a strategic and creative Media Manager to oversee our company's media planning, buying, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional media channels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.Key Responsibilities:Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Research target audiences, market trends, and media consumption behaviors.
Select appropriate media channels (digital, social, TV, radio, print, etc.) to optimize reach and engagement..
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate with external agencies and media partners for campaign execution.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing.
Proven experience in managing multi-channel media campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, programmatic ad platforms, etc.).
Proficiency in media planning software and ad management platforms.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
