We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media Coordinator to join our dynamic media agency.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both offline and digital media, and will be responsible for managing media reconciliations, client invoicing, vouching, and various related tasks. This role is important in ensuring the smooth execution of media campaigns and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Planning & Booking:
• Coordinate with the marketing and media teams to develop media plans that align with campaign objectives.
• Input and update media bookings for all planned advertising channels (TV, digital, print, OOH, etc.).
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of all media bookings in the system.
• Media Reconciliation:
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of media buys across offline and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with media vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing and performance metrics.
• Client Invoicing:
• Prepare and issue invoices for media services provided, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments, following up on outstanding balances.
• Media Budget Management:
• Track and reconcile media spend against allocated budgets using Visual Dolphin.
• Finalize monthly media spend by cross-referencing bookings with vendor invoices, ensuring accurate billing and spend recording.
• Vouching:
• Validate media placements and expenditures against planned budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of reports demonstrating the effectiveness and efficiency of media spend.
• Data Management:
• Maintain organized records of all media contracts, invoices, and communications.
• Utilize media management tools to track campaign performance and budget allocation.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and media reconciliation queries.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and financial status.
• Collaborative Support:
• Work closely with the media planning and buying teams to ensure all media campaign activities.
• Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a media agency or similar role, with a focus on media reconciliation and client invoicing.
• Preferred Languages: Arabic, English
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar media management software.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of offline (TV, radio, print) and digital media (social media, display, search) landscapes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
