Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media buying strategies to meet campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimal media channels.
• Negotiate and purchase advertising space across various media platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the alignment of media plans with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Media Buyer, particularly in the real estate sector within the UAE.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media planning and buying software.
• Knowledge of the UAE media market and real estate industry is a must.
