Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Ads Manager to oversee our digital advertising efforts on Google and various social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to maximize our online presence and drive measurable results. Resposnibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive advertising strategies for Google Ads and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Define clear campaign objectives, target audiences, and budgets.

Ad Creation and Optimization:

Create compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Keyword Research and Selection:

Conduct keyword research and selection for Google Ads to enhance ad relevance and quality score.

Manage keyword bids and budgets effectively.

Audience Targeting:

Utilize audience segmentation and targeting tools on social media platforms to reach the right users.

Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and encourage conversions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Budget Management:

Manage advertising budgets, allocate funds efficiently, and provide regular reports on expenditure and results.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Stay Updated:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.

Share insights and recommendations with the team to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as designers, content creators, and marketing managers to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative advertising ideas.
• Certifications in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms are a plus.
