This role will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our media campaigns to boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support our real estate business growth in the UAE.
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to support PSI's branding, lead generation, and property sales objectives, ensuring that campaigns effectively reach target audiences and generate measurable results. Your role will be integral to increasing PSI's brand presence and driving traffic to our real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute media buying strategies that align with PSI's business goals and marketing objectives.
Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to determine the most effective media channels for real estate marketing.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure campaign messaging is consistent and effective across all platforms.
Campaign Execution & Management:
Negotiate and purchase media space across digital, print, outdoor, radio, and TV for property listings, developments, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and negotiations to execution, optimization, and reporting.
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while driving maximum ROI.
Digital Media Buying & Optimization:
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), search engines (Google Ads), and real estate-specific platforms.
Use advanced targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the right demographics (property buyers, investors, renters, etc.).
Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies to drive conversions and maximize lead generation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across various channels, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Create regular performance reports, highlighting KPIs like traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior management for future media buying strategies.
Vendor & Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, platforms, and advertising partners.
Negotiate the best rates and terms for media placements, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining campaign quality.
Budget & Cost Management:
Track media spend across all campaigns to ensure they are within budget and delivering value.
Regularly assess and optimize budget allocation for maximum campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in media buying, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
Proven experience managing both traditional (print, radio, TV) and digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
Experience in lead generation and performance-driven marketing.
A solid understanding of the real estate market in the UAE is an advantage.
Skills:
Expertise in media buying platforms, digital ad tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Ability to stay ahead of trends in media buying and digital marketing.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a plus.
