We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Media Asset Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization, upload, and storage of videos into our content management system. This is an entry-level role that will support our content team's mission for creating impactful courses that save lives. This is a full-time opportunity and fully in-office. Responsibilities: Download video assets from multiple sources Upload video assets into our content management system, ensuring proper organization and file management Conduct regular checks to identify and eliminate duplicate files Collaborate with the Director of Training & Education to support organizational goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using spreadsheets Improve internal processes to increase efficiency Ideal Candidate: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with data-entry tasks and working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) Ability to follow standard operating procedures meticulously Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus on accuracy Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Prior experience in a similar content coordination role is a plus Experience with Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro is a plus Beyond the Paycheck: Growth: We support and invest in your development Compensation: $18 - $22/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, vision benefits + 401k (CalSavers)
