Job Description

Maintain and troubleshoot various equipment i.e. Plasma Cutting and Robot Cutting machines; all kinds of DC Motor Drives and Controllers for various workshop machineries. Carry out Preventive Maintenance to the above equipment (including Vibration analysis). Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required. Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained throughout the production process. Report work status/progress, tools damage, and process errors to the respective team leader. Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors, and management. Perform duties of a Foreman as required/appointee for individual projects. Attend any training for any activity required by the department. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Desired Candidate Profile Good technical knowledge about: Plasma Cutting and all kinds of DC Motor Drives and Controllers for various workshop machineries. Preferably additional technical skills on Robot cutting machines, AC motor drives, inverters, PLC Transducers, communication systems, etc. Thorough technical knowhow in electronics and electrical fields. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings. Good troubleshooting skills. Knowledge regarding Preventive Maintenance process (including Vibration analysis).
