To carry out maintenance activities for all rotating and static equipment in District Cooling Plants, Chilled Water Network and Energy Transfer Stations (ETS) according to maintenance / Mechanical Supervisor direction, perform preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance according to Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer's direction as briefed in WI.
Responsibilities: Carry out preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance and attend all service call on-time according to the standard equipment work instructions. Carry out maintenance activity for all major and minor mechanical static and rotary equipment like, chiller, pumps, gear box, filtration system, RO pumps, RO pressure vessel, tank work etc. Utilize the spares and consumable effectively according to the nature of maintenance task. Ensure the critical equipment spare, consumable, and lubrication availability; report accordingly to immediate to Engineer/Manager. Use precision tools like laser alignment effectively for all rotting equipment and correct the deviations. Assist in training the junior technicians at site. Coordinate with other colleagues to achieve O&M goals. Update the daily maintenance logbook and report to the Engineer/Manager. Carry out all ETS equipment mechanical maintenance work. Assist the network team in case of network emergency while the network team is already engaged in other sites. Follow the SOP's/Maintenance work instruction any routine, corrective maintenance. Update the PPM check list on a daily basis. Track the equipment run hours in close coordination with operation team and perform periodical lubrication for all the equipment as per schedule and according to OEM recommendation. Perform air-cooled chillers mobilization, testing & commissioning, and periodical maintenance support. Clean the working area and equipment after maintenance activity. Update the daily maintenance log and consult with line Engineer/Manager for any technical support to complete the critical task.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/Industrial Training Institute certification in mechanical discipline
Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and industry
