• Responsible for carrying out maintenance of all mechanical machinery allocated to him with good quality and respecting the time schedule.
• Responsible for carrying out, on time, all the scheduled inspections/maintenance allocated to him, in consultation with his superiors.
• Take responsibility for yourself and advise co-workers to strictly adhere to the policies, procedures, and instructions set for the organization
• Responsible for constantly updating his superior on work progress and results of defects observed, and inspections carried out pertaining to his field of operation, and should be in a position to locate and organize spares in the absence of the superior.
• To ensure the safety procedures laid down by the organization (ensuring the safety of self and colleagues all the time within the factory premises) and is responsible for the housekeeping of areas related to his field of operation.
• Is responsible for maintaining tools and tackles in good working conditions and has to ensure their proper use.
• Should be prepared to work in both general shifts and shifts as directed and as per the requirement of the company.
• Should be willing to work overtime, if a need arises, according to the overtime rules of the company.
• Should be willing to take up any other incidental job allocated to him as and when required by the organization

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Cement industry in a similar position
