Mechanical Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities: . Executes PPM schedules for timely, compliant maintenance. . Performs administration, configuration, calibration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of equipment/machinery. . Conducts repairs and maintenance on Smelter equipment and related machinery. . Troubleshoots and resolves basic equipment and process errors. . Provides on-site customer support. . Monitors equipment and machinery for optimal performance. . Monitors stock requirements and ensures timely replenishment. . Contributes to best practice maintenance processes. Requirements: . Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical or a relevant field. . Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. . Relevant welding certification & NEBOSH is advantageous. .
