The Role

Job Summary: The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems in industrial manufacturing environments. This position ensures that all mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Setup - Maintenance and Repair - Monitoring and Inspection - Problem Solving - Safety Compliance - Documentation and Reporting - Work closely with other team members, including engineers, electricians, and operators, to ensure smooth operation of systems. - Equipment Testing and Calibration.



Requirements

Educational Requirements: - Degree or a vocational qualification in mechanical engineering, mechanical technology, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 02 to 05 years' experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, or installation in a manufacturing facility is preferred. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in using mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment. - Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
